The Intimina Lasell weighted kegel exerciser is a set of discrete, insertable balls that come in three different weights. Their round shape is easy to insert and has a string attached for easy removal. The set of three pelvic floor weights comes in 28, 38, and 48-gram weights, and you can combine the weights to create the resistance you're seeking. 3. Position: The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm inside the vagina.
