But if you are looking for other alternatives, you can use 70% Isopropyl alcohol (IPA).I know some people say that the Isopropyl alcohol is too aggressive for the toys, but the anecdotal research that i have found is that it is fine for the toys.

A very easy straight forward to use cleaner , not soappy nor sticky at all. After spraying in and out of the masturbator , gently rub it with your hands and rinse it with running water will do .

I bought it for close to 2 weeks now and it left half bottle , i estimated this bottle can last me for a month or close .
