The Intimina Lasell weighted kegel exerciser is a set of discrete, insertable balls that come in three different weights. Their round shape is easy to insert and has a string attached for easy removal. The set of three pelvic floor weights comes in 28, 38, and 48-gram weights, and you can combine the weights to create the resistance you're seeking. How to use

1. Select: Select an exerciser or exerciser combination that you find comfortable.
2. Insert: Keeping the retraction cord outside the body, insert the exerciser(s) into the vagina with a firm but gentle push, using some water-based lubricant for added comfort.
3. Position: The exerciser(s) should be positioned about 2 cm inside the vagina.
