Warranty & Return Policy

CherryAffairs offers 14 days warranty for defective products^. Defective products sold are exchangeable within 14 days after date of delivery. It is important to first verify with us the eligibility of your product exchange before mailing back to us to avoid disappointment.

Thereafter, electronic devices from the following brands come with 1 year manufacturer warranty from date of purchase: Aneros, Autoblow, Arcwave, Bathmate, Bodywand, B-Vibe, CalExotics, Crave, Dame, Doc Johnson, Dorcel, ElectraStim, Erocome, Evolved, Fleshlight, Fun Factory, Hot Octopuss, Je Joue, Jimmy Jane, Jopen, Kiiroo, Layla, LELO, Lovehoney, Lovense, Mystim, Nexus, Nomi Tang, NS Novelties, NU, OhMiBod, OVO, Partner, PicoBong, Pipedream, Plaisirs Secrets, RocksOff, Satisfyer, Sqweel, Svakom, Tenga, The Screaming O, Tracy's Dog, Uprize, Vedo, Vibease, We-vibe, and Womanizer. Do note that the return & re-delivery fees will apply accordingly for orders that are after the 14 days purchase period. For LELO, you may follow the step by step warranty registration process.

We will assist in the replacement from these brands. This only cover electronic defects which does not include products meant for single use, cosmetic deterioration caused by wear and tear or damages caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the product (or its accessories) will void the warranty. 

(Please note: To exchange products from brands such as We-Vibe, Womanizer, LELO, Lovense, and Arcwave, kindly ensure the item is returned in its original packaging. A valid serial number found on the box is required to proceed with the exchange process.)

***Due to the intimate nature of the products and hygiene purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Request for exchange or refund due to unsuitable size, color, function will not be entertained. This is to protect the interest of all our customers, as well as ours.

Steps to exchange a defective product within 14 days of purchase
  1. Send an email to customerservice@cherryaffairs.sg
  2. In the email, please state:
    1. Order Number
    2. Name of product
    3. Your contact number
    4. Area of defects for the product (To expedite the process, do attach images or a short video to show the defect)
  3. Once we confirm that the item is eligible for return appeal, you may either opt to:
            • Drop off the item at our office (Kaki Bukit)
            • Post the item back to us via Singpost Normal Mail
            • Arrange a return by your own courier*
                          4. Once the defect is verified to be eligible for an exchange**,
    1. We will proceed with the exchange of the same product.
    2. If the product is out of stock, you may opt to wait for the restock or exchange to another product and the balance amount will be topped up by you or refunded by us. Otherwise, you can opt for a 100% refund.
    3. Return fees (capped at $3) will be reimbursed to you. Re-delivery fees of the exchange item will be borne by us. The re-delivery method will follow the shipping method that you have chosen for your previous order. 
Payment made by ATM transfers

We regret to inform you that a refund is not possible if transfer receipt is not produced, even if the transfer is approved.

*Once defect verified, reimbursement will be capped at $3.

**We regret to inform that CherryAffairs will reserve the right, at its own discretion, to deny any exchange if the fault is not due to manufacturing defects or is deemed due to misuse, wear and tear. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed if management deems the goods as being damaged by misuse, wear and tear. If the returned product is verified to be working as per normal, the shipping charges (return fees & re-delivery fees) will be borne by you.

^ The term "Product" or "Products" refer to the pleasure product itself. If the product is deemed to be working and the accessory (USB cable, charger) is faulty, we will proceed to replace the accessory only.
