Do you have a Brick and Mortar Store?

We wish we have! However, our focus is on expansion of our product offerings to ensure that you have the widest variety of sex toys to choose from at the lowest price possible. We do have a showroom for product viewing. Please refer to Showroom for more information.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, GrabPay, PayLater by Grab (by instalments or next month, interest-free), Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer and PayNow!

I would like to check out with bank transfer. How do I do it?

Select "Bank Deposit" on checkout page. For further instructions, please refer to our Payment Policy.

I would like to check out with PayNow. How do I do it?

Select "PayNow" on checkout page. For further instructions, please refer to PayNow.

I would like to check out with GrabPay or PayLater by Grab. How do I do it?

Select "Grab: Pay now or later, earn rewards, 0% interest" on checkout page. You will be redirected to Grab's page to complete the transaction securely. For further explanation, please refer to our Payment Policy.

How does GrabPay & PayLater work?

To use GrabPay to make payment, you will first need to have Grab Wallet. The transaction amount will be deducted from the credit in your wallet right away. 

For PayLater, you can choose to pay in 4 equal instalments or in one bill the next month. It will either be deducted from your GrabPay balance or your linked card. For more information, check out our Payment Policy.

Can I check out with PayLater?

You will have to activate this payment option within your Grab app. If you cannot see the PayLater option, you might not be eligible for the PayLater service. Read more at Grab.

What are the benefits of registering an account?

Some adult toys promotions are only available to customers with an account. By registering an account, you will be eligible for those sex toys promotion. Also, you will only need to key in your particulars once and it will be saved for your subsequent purchases.

What is the minimum order value required for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery is only available for orders $100 and above due to our current limitation. We will try to bring down the amount in the near future! Meanwhile, you can opt for other payment methods. :)

I would like to purchase a gift for a special one. Can I send to his/her address directly?

During checkout, uncheck the box "Ship items to the above billing address". Once the box is unchecked, you will be prompted to enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address on the same page.

 What are the delivery options available?

The delivery options available are Standard Delivery, Same Day Delivery (EZ Delivery), POPStation Self Collection (Speedpost) and Ubi Techpark Self Collection.

 What is the cut off time for Same Day Delivery?

Everyday (Mon-Sun) including Public Holidays^, we offer 3 time slots.
1) Cut-off time 12pm, for delivery between 1-5pm
2) Cut-off time 4pm, for delivery between 5-9pm
3) Cut-off time 6pm, for delivery between 7-11pm

*If you need an urgent request for same day delivery after the cut-off timings, you may give our friendly customer service officer a call to check if the request can be fulfilled.

 Where to select a time slot for same day delivery?

  1. Go into your cart and select Same Day Delivery to choose a time slot. If no time slot is chosen, the order will be shipped between the next available 5-9PM time slot by default.
  2. After filling up your information, you will proceed to the shipping method page, please remember to select the "Same Day Delivery" option. If the other shipping methods are selected, the time slots will NOT be applicable to the order, and we will proceed to ship via the shipping method chosen.

Can I prearrange the date I want to get the delivery?

Yes, simply drop us an email or state the request inside the note during checkout.

 How does POPStation works?

In your order, select POPStation as your preferred delivery address and choose the station most convenient for you. You will receive an sms and email notification once the parcel is delivered to your POPStation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7. It’s free and secure.

How do I know if my parcel is ready for collection at POPStation?

You will receive an SMS and email notification with the details (location, pin, locker number) once the parcel is delivered to the POPStation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7 (depending on POPStation location).

How much does shipping via POPStation cost?

$6.00 for orders $85 and under, above which is free.

My status shows "Returned Parcel at POPStation by Customer", is it alright?

Yes, the initial status will show “Returned parcel at POPStation by Customer” once the parcel has been posted. Your parcel will be ready for collection within the next 2-4 working days.

The wrong POPStation is shown in the status, is it alright?

Yes, the parcel might transit through a few POPStations before reaching the chosen POPStation. You will be notified once your parcel is ready for collection within the next 2-4 working days.

Why should I use POPStation?

The POPStation offers great convenience as customers choose which POPStation to collect from and it is available 24/7. There is no need to wait at home or head to the post office to collect your parcel. POPStation is also very easy to use and you can collect your parcels fuss-free! What’s more – you can be assured of the security and discreetness of your purchase because we have put in place very stringent and secure processes.

How do I collect my parcel at POPStation?

After you have chosen to deliver your parcel to a POPStation, SingPost will deliver the parcel to your POPStation. You will receive an sms and email notification with the details (location, pin, locker number) once the parcel is delivered to your POPStation and you can pop down to collect it 24/7.

How many days do I have to collect my parcel at the POPStation?

You will have 5 days from the time you receive the sms/email notification or the Delivery Advice to collect your parcel from the designated POPStation. If you fail to collect your parcel within 5 days of receiving a notification, your parcel will be sent to the post office at Singapore Post Centre.

Where are the POPStations located?

There are approximately 163 POPStation located throughout Singapore at the moment. You may checkout the locations at https://www.speedpost.com.sg/locate-us.

Can I authorise someone to collect my parcel from POPStation?

You may authorise someone to collect your parcel from POPStation on your behalf, by forwarding the notification email, SMS or Delivery Advice to the authorised person at your discretion. Please note that you will bear the full responsibility for supplying the message details to a third party who is collecting the parcel in your name.

How do I indicate the POPStation chosen for my order?

1) Simply go to cart.

2) Select the Self Collection* button.

3) Enter your postal code & search.

4) Select your designated POPStation location nearby your postal code.

5) Check out.

If not indicated, your parcel will be shipped to the nearest POPStation from your postal code.

Cherry Club

I have just made an order before I get to sign up as member. Can I still earn cherries from my previous order?

Yes, you automatically earn cherries from past orders as long as your order was placed when our loyalty program is already in place. Feel free to contact our customer service to check if you have any backdated cherries!

Will my cherries expire?

Cherries will be expired in 12 months. However, during this period, if you have redeemed or earned cherries, the expiry date for your cherries will be extended by 1 month.

I have just completed an order, why are the earned cherries not reflected in my account?

Earned cherries will usually be reflected within 1 day. If it does not reflect after a day, please contact our customer service and let us know!

I have signed up for an account before the Cherry Club is launched. Do I have to sign up again to be member?

No worries! If you have an account with us before, you have been automatically converted to Cherry Club member. Just log in to your account will do!
