Holiday season's delivery schedule:
24 & 31 December – Same Day Delivery at 1-5pm only, cut-off time: 12pm
25 Dec & 1 Jan – Office Closed. Same Day Delivery & Kaki Bukit self-collection unavailable.

We understand the excitement to receive your merchandise quickly to make it for an event or for your holiday. That is why we offer same day delivery service for your purchases.
If you prefer same day delivery, all you need to do is choose the Same Day Delivery! (Local) option and choose a delivery time slot before you checkout.
After filling up your information, you will proceed to the shipping method page, please remember to select the "Same Day Delivery" option. If the other shipping methods are selected, the time slots will NOT be applicable to the order, and we will proceed to ship via the shipping method chosen.
➤ Everyday (Mon-Sun) including Public Holidays, (unless stated otherwise) we offer 3 delivery time slots.
➊ Cut-off time 12pm, for delivery between 1pm-5pm
➋ Cut-off time 4pm, for delivery between 5pm-9pm
➌ Cut-off time 6pm, for delivery between 7pm-11pm

If you have forgotten to choose a time slot, please give us a call before the cut off time to have your parcel delivered within your desired time slot.
If you need an urgent request for same day delivery after the cut-off time, you may give our friendly customer service officer a call to check if the request can be fulfilled.
Please ensure that the correct shipping address with the unit number is provided. Also, please ensure that someone is home to receive the parcel (especially Condos). Any failed delivery will be chargeable of the driver's return fees and re-delivery fees.
For orders that are $90 and above, same day delivery is free of charge. For orders under $90, same day delivery is available at $9.50.
