Steve Bannister, founder and CEO of BMS Factory, takes pride in his company and the way he does business. His focus is simple but direct, BMS focuses on couples and women and their empowerment. In 1983, he opened a retail store in Toronto, Canada. He took pride which sold quality adult products in a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment. Through a humble beginning he branched out in 1988, to include more stores and mail order sales. “We were down-to-earth, hard-working people'” says Steve Bannister, the CEO of BMS. Eleven stores and a warehouse in Canada, BMS is now a worldwide business entity.
